Hanasaari offers a wide variety of activities in the field of training, education and research, including:

• Academic seminars, conferences and projects: Higher education and research

In 2009 and 2010, Hanasaari is especially prioritising fostering co-operation within the fields of higher education and research to support the active development work that is on-going in both countries. Another important priority is further education for teachers. Here Hanasaari has partnered with the Swedish-Finnish Cultural Foundation to invent new education concepts.
