Rooms for large and small meetings

Join us to plan an unforgettable event for you and your guests. Hanasaari is a popular and reliable event location where things work out according to plan, whether it is a small meeting, a two-day training session or an international conference.

Our largest meeting room is the Auditorium Astrid with 231 seats in permanent risers. Astrid features a fixed data projector, like our other large meeting rooms. There is also a grand piano for musical performances. Astrid is perfectly suitable for groups of 70-213 people.

The congress hall Aleksis features an even floor and is versatile enough for different types of events. Aleksis can be used as an adjoining room to the auditorium Astrid and it also works beautifully as an exhibition space.

Both Astrid and Aleksis feature professional simultaneous interpreting equipment and a variety of microphones.

Wireless Internet access is available free of charge.

Our meeting rooms are named after Finnish and Swedish cultural personalities. For instance, the Auditorium Astrid is named after the Swedish children's books author Astrid Lindgren.
