Father’s Day 2020

 

Welcome to Father’s Day lunch in Hanaholmen’s Restaurant PLATS on Sunday, November 8th, 2020.

This year, the Father’s Day lunch will be served as a three-course meal. Restaurant PLATS has been furnished with safe table distances and with significantly smaller numbers of guests than usual, so that you can safely come to us and celebrate Father’s Day. STARTER PLATTER

Charred whitefish with fennel salad
Skagen shrimp salad
Smoked salmon with lightly marinated fresh cucumbers
Potato salad
Roasted red beets, marinated funnel chanterelles and goat’s cheese cream

 

MAIN COURSE

Grilled Arctic char, parsnips and dark crab sauce

Slow cooked lamb entrecôte, parsnips and rosemary sauce
