Together Alone 2.0
8.4-22.5.2022

This spring’s exhibition is a collaborative project between all the 17 Finnish Cultural and Academic institutes around the world. In the spring of 2020 to quickly respond to the challenges caused by the COVID-19 epidemic, the Institute network jointly announced an open call for new art projects, reflecting on the global crisis, under the name of Together Alone. As the prolonged pandemic continued imposing challenges for artists and the cultural field worldwide, the Institute network launched a second open call in the spring of 2021 – Together Alone 2.0. In the exhibition at Hanaholmen, the eight chosen projects are presented together for the first time.

30.5-2.10.2022

A solo exhibition by the Swedish photographer Carl-Mikael Ström will be shown in the gallery in the summer of 2022. The exhibition is a collaboration with Helsinki Photo Festival.

Gallery Hanaholmen is open every day from 10 am to 8 pm. No entrance fee. We present the exhibition’s works and themes on our Instagram account @hanaholmen.kulttuurikeskus

Welcome!
