Future of Europe – open discussion with youth

The future of Europe – what do young people wish it to look like? What would Europe look like without the EU, the values and mobility?

Join us to discuss these questions and many more at Hanaholmen, thecultural centre for Sweden and Finland on Tuesday the 5th of December 2-4 pm.

Prior to this open discussion event, there is a Future of Europe Youth Convention which gathers about 50 young people from Finland and Sweden, as well as other Nordic and Baltic countries. The working groups from the Youth Convention will share their thoughts and ideas and discuss with amongst others Vice President of the European Commission Jyrki Katainen, Members of European Parliament Henna Virkkunen and Miapetra Kumpula-Natri as well as Kristen Aigro from the European Youth Forum.

The event is in English. It is free and the venue is accessible. The event is organized in cooperation between the Finnish Youth Co-operation – Allianssi, EYP Finland, JEF Finland and European Movement Finland, as well as the European Commission Representation in Finland and the European Parliament Information Office in Finland and naturally the venue Hanaholmen – Hanasaari.
